They were professional, organized, fast and fair with pricing. We drove all the way from Naperville after a few calls on a car they had here. It was worth the drive and it was a great experience. A clean and inviting waiting area with beverages while your car service is being done. Loaner options were very good when any car services needed more time. They were prompt to inform when service was completed while giving some flexibility to pick car.

(October 15, 2018, 6:33 pm)I spoke with bob the sales guy and Julio the finance guy. They were both very professional. I wasn’t pressured whatsoever. The best part of it all they got me in and out with in two hours. I’ve been to so many dealers and have never been treated with the level of respect that I was treated with. Will be going back to purchase my vehicle. FYI the vehicle purchased was for the wife.

(August 7, 2018, 6:50 pm)I purchased an RX 350 F-Sport here. Had a very nice experience at this dealership. David Kay was my sales consultant and took very good care of me. I was away on business and could only call and text. David was quick to respond, sending full specs and other details I had requested. When it came time to do the deal, David had the car ready and made the transaction very easy and pleasant. He was also very dilligent about getting the “we owe” items checked off quickly after purchase.
The dealership has been so great. Free car washes. Good car washes! Very satisfied at Lexus of Highland park. Thanks David!
