  I had a service for snow tire change and the overall experience was satisfying. Ray was honest and professional. He was very accommodating to my schedule even though I had to reschedule for a couple of times. Will definitely come back in spring to swap my all-season tires back on.

  Great service and friendly. I had a flat tire and stopped at the gas station to try to fill with air but unfortunately it was too late. Ray’s auto quickly got my spare tire on so I could get to work. I went back and had him put a new tire on since he was able to get me a new tire and fix it faster than anyone else. Highly recommend if your looking for an independent shop with good service, it’s small but Ray gets the job done and is super helpful and easy to work with. I have lots of options of where to get my car fixed near where I live, Ray is close to my office and I’m going back to him for more repairs because of the good honest service. He’s growing, support a small business!

  Ray was very courteous and polite. I called in for service as my heater didn't work on a 20 F morning while driving to work. I drove my car to his shop, and he drove me back to my office. He then called a few hours later to let me know what went wrong and explained all the issues very well, including the cost estimate. Sticker shock, but I know for a car that's about to cross 100k miles, these issues come up. So I got back to his shop about 6 hours later and he again explained the scope of work done. I drove out happy with my heater back on! Definitely would come back.

  Went into Ray's Auto after a couple great recommendations. He was very friendly and you can tell he cares a lot about what he does. He also explains things clearly about your vehicle and it's obvious he is a trustworthy person who only wants the best for your vehicle. It's hard to find shops these days that don't constantly try to sell you more services. I never got that vibe and he was straight forward with what needed to be maintained on my vehicle at the time of my visit. This is how you do good business!

  Ray was fantastic! I had a flat tire and called him before I made my way to the shop. He was very courteous and though he was working on another car at the time, took care of the flat in no time. I was in and out in under 10 mins - great stuff! I’ll surely be going back to Ray’s.
