  The staff at the Ottawa Sprint store were very polite,helpful and knowledgeable.They all seem to go the extra mile to help.The manager Liz is particularly attentive to the customers.Thank yoy for a great deal and a good experience which is hard to find in today's market.

  My bf and I got tired of the phone services that we were dealing with and we decided it would make it A LOT easier for us to just see if I could sign up for sprint. If i could then we were going to switch. We went in to the Ottawa store and were immediately greeted by the ladies work that day. Liz came up to us and asked some questions and I asked some questions. She immediately went to work on seeing what she could do for us. She then gave us some suggestions for phones we could go with. My bf and I got the S9 they only had one in the store and we were told that we could get the other one the next day or we could go pick it up from the Peru store. She called the peru location to have them put one S9 on hold. Then she told us that we can get up to 2 tablets and a few other things that day. I went with a tablet and a drive thingy. Liz had to call the Peru store again to have them hold the tablet too, because they didn't have one in stock at the Ottawa store. It got down to the point of the activations of the devices and my bf and I wanted to keep our own numbers. She patiently waited while we both called our other phone company's to get our account numbers. Then she started the process of switching the numbers. She was able to get my bf's number transferred right away, but mine took a little longer. She was an EXCELLENT representative and I would recommend that anybody that wants to go with sprint deal with Liz because you will for sure walk out of the Sprint store that day happy and with a smile on your face. She talked to us the whole time we were there about random stuff along with stuff that had to do with our phones.
