I made a delivery here with a 53 foot reefer trailer. 8th Street is very narrow and it looks like you are headed the wrong way. A boulder sits in the yard at the corner to deter you from driving on that lawn. Only a wide swing is required. If you pull in the driveway closest to the storage facility, head towards the gas storage, and immediately make a 180 degree turn and head in between the two rows of storage facility units, you will be positioned nicely to back into the dock which is visible when you first head into the driveway. Nice workers. It was 4 people. It took them 4 hours to unload 18 - 19k of freight.
