    Staff is very friendly and helpful they have a variety of good used cars to choose from the cars are in very good mechanical condition.
    If you are looking for a good used car at a great price I would highly recommend family motors.

    I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. I got the pleasure of working with AJ, he was friendly, professional and he was willing to negotiate the sale of the vehicle. Not only that, he went above and beyond to ensure my car was in shape! I got the car and the next day the check engine light came on, neither of us knew what was going on but he was determined to get it fixed, he kept the car until he was CERTAIN and CONFIDENT that it was ready to come home. He didnt give it back until he felt that it was safe to and I really respect him for it, I know a lot of dealerships that would have just said it was my problem and I'd be left with a broken car. If I could give more stars I would! Buy your next vehicle here! I promise you won't regret it! Thank you AJ!

    We needed a more reliable vehicle for our son. Didn’t really want to finance so looked for something cash within our budget. Came across Aaron and Family Motors in Alton. Good selection of vehicles and outstanding customer service. Our son has been driving around in his new (to him) 2010 Nissan. Zero issues and he loves it.
    Aaron is great to work with. He listens and presents you with the options you’re looking for. If you need a reliable commuter or something for the teenager, Family Motors has vehicles that may suit your needs. With: Buy here, pay here financing, you have options, but remember, cash is king and allows for considerable savings

    Great service. Drive before you buy. If somethings wrong with the vehicle that isn't regular maintenance, let him know and he'll check it out. Great prices. Had my van for a year now and other than regular vehicle maintenance and a tune up, its a great van
