    I love it here. Lucy is wonderful! No issues and. She is always helpful. I wouldn't live anywhere else!!!

    I have been here going on 2 years and I love it most of the people here are very nice and the manager ( Lucy) here is nice and fair and she follows the rules and regulations that are require some people don’t like.

    I really love living at Marian Heights. The staff is friendly, as are almost all of the neighbors. The rooms are larger than other units in the area. It is pet-friendly. You can get dinner during the week on-site. One-bedroom units each have a walk-in closet. There is a library, beauty shop, two laundry rooms, exercise room and chapel. Heat/AC, sewer, water and trash are included in the rent, which is based on annual income. I cannot think of another rent-controlled apartment complex where I would rather live.
