We had a great experience at this Buick Dealership.
Steve Rogers is a great Sales Consultant. He was attentive and personable. He had other customers the day we dropped in - yet he took time to help us too. He was actively serving others and he still "checked in" with us. Even though he was busy - he was cheerful!
We also had a great experience with David Michiaels, Finance Manager. He was friendly and thorough.
Overall, a 5-star rating is well-deserved!

Ken Shaw is amazing and Rachel. I bought both of my cars from them and will continue. Second time through Ken just makes everything easier, always talks to me with respect and shared his wisdom! The guys that pick me up and bring me back are awesome. Jackson in particular and I wish I could remember the young man I had before but they both just blessed me. Personable! Good atmosphere.

If you go in on a Saturday - be prepared to wait for a while. But the wait is more than worth it.

We started our search at a different local dealership that advertised gimmick prices, teaser conditional rebates, and leading with insulting low-ball trade offers. Never will we make the mistake of going to a different dealership again! I know St. Louis is Cardinal nation, but do yourself a favor and avoid that hassle. Laura is a first class dealership, and we are lucky to live 10 minutes down the road since people drive for hours or even fly in to do business here. They are the #1 volume dealer in the US for a reason. It's due to them building a trusted partnership with their customers who will return again and again. The #1 thing about Laura Buick GMC is that they never pressured me to purchase a vehicle. I told them what I was looking for and my sales associate (shout out to Mead Hanna) found it for me. And even then, I was never pressured to purchase that vehicle or any other vehicle. I was given the opportunity to think about and when I was ready, he was there to assist me. I felt that they cared about me as a person and not just a quick sale. Even upon entering the facility I was greeted warmly by the front desk which made me feel welcomed.
