We recd a call from the office confirming we had an appointment & we recd a text stating the time they’d be here & they were 2 minutes early!! We have a 80 gallon water heater that recently needed a new thermistor installed. The company that handled our contract did not want to service it due to liability concerns. We called multiple vendors including Embrich. Embrich was the only ones to set an appointment with us and even though they hadn't serviced this unit before they worked with the manufacturer and installed the new part we got from the manufacturer. They did a awesome job! They were the only ones to even try! Thanks for taking the risk to help us get our water heater back in shape. They had really reasonable flat rate for the work. Other vendors had us pay thousands for work that didn't even solve the problem. I highly recommend them!

Had to have a leaking sewer pipe repaired. Austin and Zach were prompt, professional and very courteous. They worked for 2 days rebuilding a plumbing stack. This was not an easy task as they had to remove 70 year old lead pipes and work in between overhead floor joists. I am pleased with the work they did and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work of any kind.
