(June 25, 2021, 1:23 pm)Although I miss my childhood Bank of Edwardsville, I have had several good contacts with Ryan in customer service. I think they went thru some turbulence during the takeover, but I think they got it squared away. Put it this way ... WAY better than Bank of America. It still has a "small bank" feel and it is easy to talk to a real person.
