They did a really nice job laying our flooring. He did break a piece of oak trim that we had to fix. It broke while he was trying to trim it off. Took a long time to get the flooring we ordered but it finally arrived. Love my new floor! Will be back when we do the living room floor!

We purchased vinyl flooring for our home and picked out the color and style we wanted; however, much to our dismay, we realized, after the vinyl was 50% glued down, that it wasn't the pattern we'd chosen. What was given to us was actually our second choice and it still looks nice because it WAS our second choice. What impressed us was how apologetic they were, that they gave us a discount, and that they wanted to make it right by tearing it out and putting in the color pattern we'd chosen. Mistakes happen and we understood. Now that the job is finished, we do like this floor and won't have them replace it. But the speed at which they made this right was impressive and we will most definitely order from them again for our future flooring needs.

Anyone can measure and sell you flooring. Buck's offers advice and helps pick colors to match paint colors. In our case, we selected a nylon Berber because we saw an example that had been installed on a high-traffic showroom floor that was 8 and 1/2 years old and that had never been cleaned.
