I had the pleasure of working with Alex Carver on the purchase of my Ford Edge ST. I was hesitant about jumping into a big payment and honestly that was my biggest concern. I loved that Alex recognized my concerns and focused on that need the entire time. He was completely transparent and created an atmosphere of mutual respect. For example, he could’ve made a bigger sale by encouraging me to go for the Explorer I initially wanted but instead he advised against it because it didn’t make sense for me and my budget. This alone showed me he cared more about me as a customer than he did making a sale which is hard to find in the car selling business. He could’ve just as easily let me walk away from the dealership with an Explorer and a crazy payment but he didn’t. I ended up looking at the Edge ST and fell in love because it was better for me financiallyi and physically as the SUV is roomy but smaller than the Explorer. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because I fell in LOVE with the Edge ST. Moreover, the experience was painless and fast! We were able to buy a car after work and be home in time for dinner. Alex had a great team working with him; I personally talked to the financial advisor and general manager as they both went above and beyond to ensure I was leaving Weber a happy customer. I’ve bought a handful of cars now and never ever had this same experience. Alex Carver and Weber will continue to have my business for the years to come. My family has been shopping at Weber for as long as I can remember and this is exactly why. I’ve never taken the time to leave a review but this experience was too good not to share. Thank you, Alex!
