The environment is so comforting and I feel like I have become a less stressed and a better person because of it. My needs are being met and I have learned that I am important, and how to communicate my needs to others. I feel that I am also less angry now as I have found other ways to cope with stress. I would highly recommend Bridge of hope for your mental care.
