Chris and I had several conversations about design choices along the way. He provided thoughtful, reasoned suggestions and was always willing to take time to communicate. The work was completed in a very reasonable timeline and the installers went out of their way to make everything right. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. It's hard to fathom a better experience!
