I had to go up there to get some warranty work done and a few other things and I am always treated with the utmost care and respect. Overall, I was pleased with the work the Parts and Service Department did for me. In February 2020, I accidentally ran over a racoon, causing $3,300 in damage. The body work they did looks really good, and my car is running fantastically. I have two reasons for giving four stars instead of five. First, it took 29 days for them to finish the work, and from what I gathered, most of that time was spent simply waiting on parts to arrive. That's probably beyond the control of the Service Department, but it's no less frustrating. Secondly, I didn't appreciate that the gentleman I was working with wouldn't call me when he told me he would. Twice he told me he would call me the next day and he didn't. I had to call him, and he had the answers to my questions both times, so it wasn't as though he was waiting to get an answer before calling me. On the day I got my car, I happened to be in the area, so I stopped by just to see how far along the repairs were. To my surprise, he told me it was ready and he hadn't bothered to call me. As I said, I was happy with the work, and I'm happy to use them again. I just wish they would they would show me the courtesy of returning my calls as quickly as possible instead of waiting until the end of the day.
