180 Medical has been very helpful getting catheters to me in a timely manner. I appreciate all they have done for me.

180 Medical has been fabulous since we changed over from another supplier. Customer service is one of their biggest assets. Everyone we have dealt with has gone above and beyond. I don't want to name the other place, but we were at our wits' ends with them. What a lucky gift that they came in to rescue us. Can't thank them enough or say enough good things about them.

When visiting our daughter for Christmas this past year in New York State, I ran low on catheters. I called 180 Medical and worked with CSR Scott who was amazing and “Johnny on the spot!!” Within days I had an adequate supply of catheters!!! Problem solved!

They are so much better than their competition, which I was using only because I understood my insurance didn't take180. Now they do and I am so happy with them. I love them. They do a fabulous, outstanding job. I have spoken with Rachel and Tom over the phone several times; they actually want to know if they're doing a good job, if you're getting what you need, the product quality etc. Highly recommended!
