This is not a knock on the teachers, staff or facility. However, the administrator Danielle is completely incompetent. We took a tour of the facility and filled out all the paper work with an agreed start date. We had a long talk about our daughter not being potty trained and we were assured since she was 2 the room she would be in did not require potty training. We got a call less than 2 weeks before the start date and was told there was no room for our daughter. Danielle said that it was due to us putting the wrong age and date of birth on the forms. I am sorry but what parent gets their kids age or birthday wrong? She should be ashamed, embarrassed and offered no apology. I will be going in to see where in fact we wrote that she was 3.
Edit: The owner contacted us and was incredibly apologetic and we were able to get our child in their Cary school. If you send your child here just make sure the administrator knows you are registered.
LOVE Kids R Kids! From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were welcomed with open arms. The administration staff is AMAZING at what they do and answer questions quickly and professionally. The teaching staff is WONDERFUL at addressing needs and concerns when they arise. The kitchen staff is flexible with our family's dietary needs and asks questions to clarify foods that can be provided to our child. We have continued to have an exceptional experience with KRK and we know we have our child in the most capable of hands and hearts to help us raise an extraordinary little person.
First off this is the cleanest daycare you will ever experience. If you really want your kids to start out right, then this is the learning experience for you. The preschool is great! A special shout out to Ms. Becky and Ms. Lisa! For Private kindergarten Ms. Grace far exceeds your expectations. Not only is my child learning everything she will know for school and more, but she can count up to 40 in Spanish. They teach some sign language as well. My child is doing great with high frequency words and site words, patterns, beginning reading as so much more. Ms. Grace teaches children about sharing and caring. She puts a huge emphasis on working together in" Harmony". She doesn't only tell the kids that she shows them what it means. Allot of schools can say they do this or that, but this school when they say it they mean it and you will see results.
We started with Private Kindergarten and Ms. Grace was amazing. We now utilize after school care and a better place for your child is not out there. They love our son and provide excellent care and learning. Kids R Kids built a strong learning foundation for our child that has carried him in to Elementary School.
My granddaughter Briana goes here. She loves going, my daughter loves the place and my wife and I have always enjoyed the events they put on.
