  Dana worked with me 1 on 1 to treat my dizziness, the whole staff was great and you could sense how they truly cared for their patients. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for therapy.

  I feel extremely lucky to have found Dana Tress, a physical therapist at Smith Physical Therapy & Running Academy that is certified to provide vestibular therapy to treat BPPV (Benign Positional Paroxysmal Vertigo). I was desperate when I called, and Heather quickly researched my insurance coverage and got me an appointment for treatment with Dana. Dana explained thoroughly the reason for my vertigo and the maneuvers that she was going to do to bring me relief. I came back a second time for an abbreviated session just to be sure that my symptoms were taken care of. It is common for BPPV (vertigo) to recur, so I am grateful that I have a professional like Dana Tress to call.

  Amazing! I went for a running class with Denise and few months ago and returned for a follow up last month. I can honestly say that for the first time in my life I am running without pain. As an added bonus I am running faster and longer than ever before. Denise is fantastic!!!! Highly recommend!

  Had an awesome experience with Denise and Dana! They made my physically therapy experience beneficial and enjoyable! Would highly reccomend to anyone.

  Denise came into my office for a “lunch & learn” on running techniques and injury prevention. BY FAR the best lunch hour I’ve spent. I was incredibly impressed with her presentation and found her tips helpful and informative. I left the lunch on a “runners high” just from sitting there because I was so excited to begin to implement her advice and share it with my running community. After the presentation, Denise took the time to speak with me about a few issues I was concerned about in my form and sent me stretches and exercises I can be doing while training. It is contagious how passionate she is about her work and refreshing to come across someone that genuinely cares as much as she does. I will definitely be working with her in the future for my running needs.
