(March 4, 2015, 1:20 pm)Jackie and her staff are incredible. I currently have 3 vehicles, 2 homes, and a couple of other minor policies with them. Whenever I call for information, to process a claim, or replacement insurance cards, they are always "on the ball", and I don't have to sing a silly jingle!
Being in a sales position that requires purchasers to have insurance, I have never hesitated to recommend her to clients, friends, or family members.
Over the last few years, there have been claims against the various policies (home and auto). Nationwide proved to be very consistent and timely with payouts. In one instance, they had the money at the body shop before I was able to bring it to them. That is service!!! -

She helped me figure out exactly what I needed for my business - workers comp, liability, and umbrella policy - and helped me understand the different levels/prices that were available. Highly recommend her and her staff!
