  I, (fortunately), haven't had to have auto body work done since living in the Harvard, Illinois area for the past 18 years, so when I needed to have my vehicle repaired, it was suggested that I try Adams Collision Center. I am so grateful I went to this shop because every aspect of my experience was pleasant!!! From my first conversation with Joe over the phone in order to schedule an estimate, to bringing it in and being greeted by Tiffany, throughout the entire repair process with an email estimate, personal phone call, to picking up my repaired van ahead of the estimated repair time! Everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable! I would have to say it was a pleasant experience, (despite the fact that no one wants to have their vehicle repaired!)!! The shop was clean and bright, the restroom was clean, the waiting area comfortable with complimentary coffee...love the coffee! I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the area!

  Excellent service and body work for animal hit on passenger side was outstanding. Office was very helpful in keeping me informed of progress and pickup time. It was a very pleasant and professional experience.

  Great body shop and they always worked with you but im giving 4 stars because i had to go back because my door molding was coming loose of course they got it fix but need to pay more attention to details

  This place is the best! Staff is unbelievably friendly and will always give you an honest quote. They will work with your insurance company.
