  I was in the market for a motorcycle as a first time rider. A google search popped up with Randy's Cycle came up. The listing had great pictures, description, and best of all, great price! So I contacted them through the website and got a response immediately. After some communication, I decided it was time to finance. I financed through Randy and the process was smooth and easy. The communication, information, delivery, and customer care were 100% on point! Heather at Randy's was also amazing. I must have sent 2 dozen emails through the course of the purchase, and every single one was answered quickly and thoroughly.

  Hello. I wanna say thanks to the staff at Randy's cycle. This is the second bike I've bought from them. And I'll be back there to buy my next motorcycle. The customer service is always great Randy and Heather always take care of all the paperwork and tags and stuff.. which I hate doing. Anywho thanks again guys you have my business and I'll recommend this company to anyone.

  Hello: A gray day in July 2018 I was traveling about on my 1994 BMW K1100LT and decided to stop at Randy's Cycle to see if they had any newer model BMW motorcycles to test ride. It turns out they had a used 2007 BMW K1200GT. I met a salesmen named Jason who let me give the BMW a try. It handled well but needed some TLC, Jason asked if I was interested, I was and made an offer, then the usual check with the manager. To my surprise they accepted the offer. I say my surprise because I was only testing what the newer bikes were like and had no real thought of purchasing one.
  
  The paperwork part was easy, Heather took charge of that and made the giving up my money comfortable. I met Randy on the way out and I have to say that the crew at Randy's Cycle are on the very helpful side.
  
  Thank you Jason, Heather and Randy, the 2007 BMW K1200GT is waiting for better weather to come out to play.

  I expressed interest via online to several motorcycle dealers about Zero Motorcycles. Within 2 days, only 1 person called me and that was Jason from Randy's Cycle! From the start they were friendly, knowledgeable and personable! The website is very easy to use and informative! They had a wide variety of Zero bikes to test drive and to figure out what was the perfect fit for me. Heather from financing was very helpful and also friendly! Then I even got to speak with Randy himself to make sure I was having a good buying experience! From the start to the finish, the whole buying process was easy and enjoyable! I can't recommend Randy's Cycle enough!
