  I had a stay at the near by Centegra hospital which has now been changed to Northwestern and they suggested I go here after for therapy. Living in Woodstock my whole life I was a little hesitant to go here but it ended up being a very good decision. The staff were very kind and caring and always went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I was only here for about 6 weeks but time flew by and I got strong enough to return to my assisted living. Big thank to all the nurses and CNAs over there and therapy department. Management was good as well always making sure my concerns were taken care of right away. I hope to never have to go to a nursing home again but if I do i will surely be back here.

  Staff is very caring. I highly recommend this facility!

  My aunt was here and the staff was great. Sometimes short handed but always very nice

  my dad was here and its a good place. he liked it. they treated him well. most of the staff are very nice.
