  I must share my experience with this company as it was above and beyond. My elderly father, he is 95 years young, called me to let me know his heat was not working properly and to call the company we always use because they are the best. I make the call and they will have a tech out within the hour but regret to tell me it will be overtime hours. They take the time to ask me the circumstances and upon learning my father is elderly they offer right off the bat to lower the price. They send out their tech Jeff, who I will say restored my faith in there are great people in this world. He comes to find all that was needed was a new battery in the thermostat control on the wall. He puts in new batteries. He sees my Dad’s medals from WWII on the wall and ask him about them. He tells my father that his father was also in WWII but he was no longer with us. After their conversation, he tells my father you don’t owe anything, thank you for your service. I learn that he returns to his truck to call the office to tell them he bonded with my father and that he was not going to clock in time for work done there and he would like to pay his bill. Woodstock Heating responded with he could give his time and they would not make a charge. So together this company and the tech Jeff went above and beyond out of respect for a veteran and a great man. My father would do anything for anyone, no questions asked. Thank you to you both, I am extremely grateful and I will forever tell this story if I see someone ask for a recommendation. Jeff you are a great guy just to take the extra time to have a conversation with my father but to offer to pay his bill, I am speechless. Thank you so much!!!

  Kudos to Woodstock Heating and Cooling regarding the quick response time and the fantastic customer service from my call to Jennifer to Eric's visit to my house! In my naivete, I expected that my water heater needed to be replaced. Any other company could've sold me on that idea. However, Eric was nothing but honest and not only took the time to educate me and give me peace of mind, but he didn't charge for the visit. Now that's priceless! Thank you Eric and thank you Woodstock Heating and Cooling! I will definitely call on you with future heating and cooling needs.

  had them come out to replace our blower motor in our furnace. They were very quick and good price. We had another company here the night before and their price was over double. Very happy with their service and will call on them again.

  Woodstock Heating & Cooling did a great job and were very professional. Our furnace went out and they were able to come in the next day (they were booked and made time) to put in a new one with reasonable rates. I would highly recommend this company!

  I absolutely love this place. Eric is a very good guy and very honest, he came and looked at what we wanted and gave us a fair price. He came to replace a kitchen fan install a vent in the kitchen. He also checked out the furnace. The guys who came are awesome and very professional and cleaned up well after they had finished. Could not ask for a great service... will definitely be using them from now on with anything I need... Awesome, awesome, awesome... keep up the great work guys...
