  My furnace stopped working today (Thanksgiving day). I was referred by family to Air Solutions. I called them and a super nice technichian named Manuel was here within an hr. He said the problem was a bad control board. He even showed me a burn mark on the back if the board that he said insects sometimes cause. He had to make a special trip to a supply store. It cost extra to open the store but it was well worth it to get my heat back on Thanksgiving. I am very pleased with them. Would definitely recommend them to others.

  Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend we heard a strange noise coming from our 40 year old air conditioner. Noticed that the fan wasn't spinning in the AC unit. Since this was a holiday weekend I was very concerned that we wouldn't be able to get any service and would have to suffer thru the weekend with low 90's predicted for each day. Service guy showed up within 2 hours of my phone call and confirmed that we had a bad motor. Offered to fix or replace and we opted to replace since the unit was so old.
  They came back out Sunday morning and spent all day and night getting a new unit installed for us. They were courteous and professional and best of all, we had a cool house that night.

  AC not working. Contacted several companies via Angieslist. First hot day of the year so all these companies are probably very busy. Air Solutions responded almost immediately and Robert was here like an hour and a half later. Defrosted my coil, detected I was low on refrigerant and topped me off. AC working less than 3 hours from when we first noticed the problem. Robert explained what he was doing the whole time, gave me options to fix the problem going forward, pleasant to talk to. Will do business again. Thanks!

  In the most inconvenient time my heater got broken. Guys was able to come in and check it the same day in the evening. They provided me with few options: either replacing part through the warranty/recall program or replacing whole unit. Considering some signs of failures in other parts of the heater unit I choose replacing whole thing.
  They was able to do the job next day and for the time heater wasn't working they offered space heaters to keep house warm.
  Negotiations about price was reasonable. We was able to discuss that over email. They weren't pushy at all, just provided different recommendations and options.
  Overall great experience.

  Responded very quickly and was super friendly! I appreciate their honesty. I was told by a local contractor that I needed a new furnace because of a supposed cracked heat exchanger. I called Air Solutions for a second quote for a new unit when the tech that showed up informed me that the unit was still good. Some water from my humidifier leaked on the furnace and damaged the board. He fixed the leak and replaced the board a week ago. My unit is still running great. They saved me literally thousands of dollars. Thank you for the great service
