I called AAR after waking to a non working 7 year old very expensive refrigerator on 1/7/2019. They came just a couple hours later to find my compressor was fried. Ramsey was very open & honest letting me know to repair would cost as much possibly more as buying a new one. Was also helpful informing me of the brands to look for that are American made....Thank you Ramsey for guiding me in the right direction. New Frigidaire side by side will be delivered tomorrow 1/9/2019.

I have used this company twice now and they are AMAZING!! WILL REFER TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!! Ramsey returned my husbands call within an hr and he even came out on a weekend night for NO EXTRA CHARGE.. Ive had him repair my refrigerator and stove and both are working great!!! Thanks again!!!
Over the weekend my washing machine decided to break and the drum started bouncing around like crazy. I put off calling someone to repair because I was so busy. I called Affordable Appliance Repair yesterday morning. I talked to Ramsey, the owner, and he said he was going to be in my area that same evening with an appt at 7pm and would it be convenient to come by after. So basically same day service!! I am sure this is not the standard but it was so great!! I asked him to call prior to coming in case I fell asleep. He promptly called me around 8pm. Came right over, found the problem, fixed it. I paid Ramsey a very reasonable and yes, affordable, price and he was out the door again by about 8:45. I will definitely use Affordable Appliance Repair again for any other appliance issues I may have and I will also be happily referring them to family and friends. It was so refreshing to not feel like I was being taken advantage of.
