  I'm the facilities coordinator at a large suburban church. We called a company out to repair or replace a leaking valve in the mens room. They came out, but weren't able to repair or replace it that day. We were never able to get them to come back and complete the job. That's when I called B-N-K.
  Tim was on site on time. He was courteous and knowledgeable. First they attempted a repair with the understanding that it might not work. It didn't. Tim had the replacement valve with him and was able to take care of it right away. I really appreciated that they were willing to try to save us money by trying a repair first. Then, on top of everything going so well, they only charged us for the replacement. This was LESS than we had agreed to.
  I will gladly recommend B-N-K to friends, family, and other businesses. They show up ready to work and willing to find solutions. Thank you, Tim. Thank you, B-N-K.

  They were amazing! No one would help us- 8 days without hot water or heat because of gas leaks- B-N-K Plumbing came out first thing in am and fixed everything the same day! They did not have to remove 30 foot of piping through the foundation like 2 other companies said, which saved everyone time and money. They were professional, fast, thorough, polite, and cleaned up after. Will use them again!!

  It just doesn't get any better than this! From customer service to price to quality of work!!! Kevin is awesome!!!!! I called for help at 3:30pm. It's 5:46pm and the work is done.
