  I needed a rental at the absolute last minute and needed to be to an appointment and was very short on time. I walked into Enterprise and Ryan took care of me from the start. He got me in the first car that was available and I was on my way, got to my appointment on time. Ryan was on top of everything and he had great customer service. I would definitely recommend Enterprise and their customer service was outstanding!! Thanks so much Ryan!!

  Love McHenry enterprise! I changed my plans four times, and twice while on the road. Never a problem! Very flexible and accommodating company! Any time I go out of town I’m going to plan to rent a vehicle from them! Colt and Jhon are the best! What a peace of mind knowing that this company has my back when my plans change. First time renting a vehicle from them! I’m planing on using them any chance I can!! A+ rating from my wife and I.

  Excellent rental experience. Had our correct vehicle ready at pickup and the staff was very helpful and personable. The issues/concerns that we had during our rental were addressed professionally. I was even given a shuttle ride within town after I returned my rental. My shuttle driver completed the great experience.

  Absolutely love the car I rented, just wish it wasn’t a hassle to swap out a car while traveling when something happens. This was the second time I had a mishap with a car while traveling and was not able to swap it out. It’s like they only have the exact number of cars being used in a day on hand never any extra. Just glad this time it was repairable. ????????
