I didn’t know anything about the process and would go to Sara with all my concerns. My mortgage person was being dishonest and I told Sara my situation and she called around to get a second opinion for me herself! Sara is absolutely amazing! She’s honest knowledgeable and makes the process so easy. And would use her in the future and recommend her to everyone I know

We decided on Cary, as it was a smaller and much quieter community then we were coming from. We were referred to Sara Bryan from friends that had made the same move, for the same reasons. We met up with Sara one Sunday afternoon to take a look at a few rentals in the area. We were greeted with a smile and opened arms, and knew right away that we had found the perfect fit, in a Realtor, for our new life. It only took a few meetings before we found our dream home in the suburbs. Sara handled all of our questions and concerns with the utmost care and professionalism while working closely with the listing agent and home owners. This was a smooth and pleasurable transition for us, and couldn't have done it without her. Sara truly loves what she does, and it showed with every answered call, text or email from us. We love our new life in the suburbs and are truly blessed that we found one of the best in the business to help walk us through it all. We learned so much about what to look for when buying a home. As an added bonus, Sara is incredibly easy going and made the whole process pretty enjoyable. Cannot recommend Sara enough!!!
