Classic diner that offers a vast array of meals and pastries, but the primary reason the locals go is for their classic horseshoe, and their variations thereof. Wear your stretchy pants as it is definitely NOT health food. But if you have a long road trip ahead it is a GREAT way to fuel up as you will NOT need to stop and eat again anytime soon!

Update Nov 14th:
My my my, the cinnamon roll is the best I've ever had. The filling is great, although I would add raisins for an option.
The cinnamon is pleasant and doesn't overpower the roll. It's soft and flaky along with great icing, nit to mention the size and price.
Bismark donut was soft, and the filling was just right along with the chocolate. I just wish they had vanilla as well.
You can't go wrong with any of their parties as they are delightful and delicious too.
Will let you know about the carrot cake soon.

Lordy lordy, it took me too long to stop. Don't do what I did and get your butt in there, people.
Wish I had more time to visit as I stopped in going to work.
Choices, choices, and way too many. I even ordered one more pastry after checking out, ha ha.
So my downfalls today were carrot cake slices, Bismark donuts, king Carmel roll, and my favorite yummy 😋 Big Cinnamon roll.
There is so much more to choose from Danish, cookies, donuts, and donut holes from my quick glance only. Didn't have takeout menus, but you can view it online.
Staff was warm & welcoming along with being so nice to their customers 😊
I can't say enough good about their Bakery, next chance breakfast. Oh, did I forget to mention they serve breakfast too.
That's why I bring you more about their restaurant and breakfast.

The workers we very friendly as soon as we walked in! My mum and I are on a weekend trip, 4 hours from home, and we stopped in town for gas but were hungry and found this gem of a Bakery! They're prices were very reasonable! Hands down the best pastries we've ever had, and I highly recommend their Caramel frozen lattes! I 10/10 recommend and we may have to make another stop on our way back for some delicious goodies to take back home!

We took a little drive to my husband’s hometown.
My husband is from Litchfield. Him and his mom and dad always went to the one, when it was located on Springfield Rd. and Hwy 16.
Today we had the best bacon cheeseburger and fries. We even picked up brownies and cinnamon muffins.
