The best, most reasonable, and quick. I suggest before you hire a billboard/tv ad atty for any thing Disability claim related, and even before you file, call Alsup. They handle and take care of your entire filing process from start to finish and are advocates for you in case of denial that includes filing the appeal. They were successful in handling mine with denials and appeals and it took a lot of pressure and stress off of me having to go through unfamiliar red tape. Their fee is (was) absolutely reasonable for the level of service and assistance they provide.
