The Early Years, Inc

It is such a relief to have a safe and fun place for our children to go during the day. They have a great curriculum and our kids are always learning something new. We love The Early Years!

My daughter has been attending The Early Years since she was almost one and we love it. More importantly, my daughter loves it! The communication is great and the teachers are fantastic. The teachers are so great with the children. They keep the classrooms clean and tidy. They are always welcoming and encouraging. We receive learning curriculums and weekly reports, as well as daily pictures and updates. My daughter can't wait to tell me about the things they learn each day.

I would rate it even higher if I could. My son was at The Early Years from the time he was 8 weeks old till he was almost 2 years old. He started out at the O'Fallon location. He loved it there and he loved his teachers. When he was 18 months old we moved him to the Fairview Heights location due to ratio issues at the O'Fallon location and a job transfer for me. I absolutely love the staff and directors at both locations. It was a very sad day when I got laid off and had to put in my sons two week notice. I won't say that there were not issues along the way. What I can say is that the Owner/Fairview Director addressed the issues that we had with the up most professionalism and very promptly. Being a military family and moving to San Antonio she even reached out to some of her contacts to try and help us find a good childcare facility. I am for ever grateful to the staff and director for the amazing child I have today.

My niece attends Early Years and my sister (her mother) and I have noted how we like their small class sizes. The staff seems to pay close attention to your child, which is important at this stage. They also focus on the cognitive and behavioral development of the kids. I haven't experienced any concerns about safety/security on the days I pick her up.
