A really great experience. The appointment was made about a month ago. The check in process good once I got through the password. I had to call the office to have them reset the password, and after that the check in was good on the app. Arrived in time, got in before appointment, got everything I needed done and was in my car after 30 minutes. Very friendly staff. Keep it up!!

Every time I go there everyone is so professional. From check in to release the experience was terrific. The PA I saw was great followed by Jackie. Double checkup. As a matter of fact when I was walking out everyone was smiling. I said " must be the happiest Dr office this side of the Mississippi River". No other dermatologist for me!! See for yourself.

I have went to Metro East Dermatology a few times over the last few years for different reasons. The overall experience is good. I really like the NP Jackie. I don’t think the PA is as personable as Jackie but I have only seen her once. I have had experiences with some of the front desk people who are really nice and about two that just seem like they don’t want to be at work. Everyone has their days though so maybe this was the case. I’m just really big on positive interactions. I feel like you receive what you give. But again, overall, I am satisfied with the care I get there.

A top notch facility. Everyone is very professional and thorough in their exam. I highly recommend them as a dermatologist as they focus only on the health of your skin and not all of the cosmetic procedures that have taken over most dermatologists offices, making it hard for you to get an appointment with those other offices if you NEED to see a doctor.

I highly recommend this practice. I was able to get an appointment as a new patient within two weeks. My appointment was with NP Jackie. She is very knowledgeable, took her time listening to me and examining me. She has great, positive energy that made me feel at ease, and welcome as a new patient. The medical assistant Shannon was also welcoming, and took her time making sure she had all necessary information. I will be back next year for a check up!
