Family owned business with flexible hours during the week to get loaded at the Material Yard in the evening or come on Saturday from 8am-4pm for regular yard hours for pick up or delivery of landscape material. May also call on Sunday to get loaded depending on schedule. Very flexible to work with as they also run a full-time Trucking Business in Freeburg Monday - Friday for the past 60 years. Very good safety record with Midwest Truckers Association out of Peoria, Illinois. Sometimes, a truck driver may be entering the highway and approaching the traffic and need to merge into the traffic. It is difficult to slow down and sometimes the truck driver needs to merge and get over in the lane of traffic as we all learned in Drivers Education Class the oncoming traffic is ahead merging, please use caution. When I see an 18 wheeler approaching my lane of traffic on a highway and I am able to get over a lane to allow him to merge into my lane of traffic, I will do so, as it is much easier for a car or pick up truck to do that then it is for a tractor trailer to stop on a dime. Please be considerate when you are out driving and approaching an exit ramp or entrance ramp and move over a lane to allow the tractor trailer your lane to merge into instead of trying to beat the truck so you do not have to follow behind him and then call to complain that he tried to run you off the road. What exactly does the Rules of the Road state?? To move over a lane if able to so that you allow another car or tractor trailer room to merge into traffic as not to try to play a game of not letting the tractor trailer in because you do not want to be behind the truck. Just like when there is a POLICE CAR pulled off the side of the road....what are you supposed to do? Move over a lane so that you are NOT driving by full speed right next to the Police Officer standing next to the vehicle speaking with the driver regarding a roadside issue. It all is about common sense folks. DO THE RIGHT THING, that's all. THANK YOU for your time.

Since moving back to Illinois from Alaska we have had nothing but people from the moving company to the real estate brokers to the roofing company we hire to replace our roof rip us off cause more damage to our home. In addition cause us thousands of dollars of damage or needed repair BUT NOT this business at all still does business with honesty integrity and does not damage your property or over charge you or sell you broken or damaged things at full price like everyone else has. Or sends subcontracted unlicensed illegal immigrants to do the job who have only been in the country 5 months to do asbestos removal with no training no certificate or license or experience to remove and are themselves unprotected and I could go on and on from what we have experienced with other businesses and we’ll know name businesses at that. They were more that polite friendly helpful and respectful of loading my personal truck bed with mulch not to damage it and delivered rock twice for my driveway and spread it evenly and for my landscaping. Now I can’t say that it’s still in good condition now that another company did roofing on our house they contaminated the mulch and rock with debris and asbestos from the roof they kicked off the second story without any tarps and worked four days 14 hour days without a porta potty and instead used my yard with a crew of six who never left all day and never asked to use my bathroom it was disgusting.. there is absolutely no comparison. Yes there hours are flexible and yes you need to call somethings and wait for a call back to purchase or schedule a delivery and some might have to wait a day or two but it’s well worth the service the honesty the integrity of the business owner and even the price they are always fair and trusting and treat people like they are trustworthy and they never try to rip you off or sell you substandard anything. They will always have my business
