  I highly recommend Discount Bros!
  
  I purchased a big item for my husband for Father’s Day. My husband assembled it and found out it was defective. I called customer service and spoke to Ashley who was very helpful and courteous. She advised me on a few options to take care of my issue. Fast forward.
  
  My husband ended up going to the warehouse to return the defective item. Ashley was there to assist my husband, but unfortunately was unable to resolve our issue, but brought a manager to speak with my husband. The manager’s name was Daryl. ( my apologies if name is misspelled) let me tell you Daryl was VERY POLITE AND HAS AN AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE DEMEANOR! He made sure my husband left happy! Daryl went above and beyond for us!
  
  Check them out you won’t be disappointed. Please remember this IS a discount store. Please be mindful some items may have damaged boxes. They will open the box up for you to review before you leave. Great customer Service. Thank you Discount Bros!

  My husband and I absolutely loved the experience of working with Matte Black from Discount Bros when buying our Lovesac couch. Communication was 5 star, and the product is great! The small issue we had with one piece was very quickly and professionally resolved, and shipping was much faster then we expected. I've never felt this comfortable buying from an online facebook group before, but this experience was just fantastic. I will definitely be a return customer, and would recommend the company based on our experience.

  OK, so I was a little bit skeptical of Discount Bros, mostly because the price on my item was so far below anything else I could find. Purchased a high end retractable tonneau cover for my 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie. Placed the order and then was contacted by DB and received another 10% off, which was fantastic. Was able to pick my item up at their Bolingbrook, IL facility. Saved even more because no shipping. The entire process was great and I just put the cover on today. It’s fantastic!
