  Great selection of vehicles, so good that my husband and I drove 10 + hours to purchase a truck that met all of our towing needs. A small mistake was missed by both my husband and matt on some warranty paperwork, but it was easily corrected via email. We truly had a great experience well worth the road trip. Plus our Son Loves the new "big red Optimus" truck. Thank you for everything, the Miller Family

  Honest, good people to deal with, found 2 GMC vans on the internet called them about the vans we make a deal so I drove there from Davenport, Iowa and the vans were just like they said so I bought the pair.

  I was doing a nationwide search for an older car and visited a few dealers around the country. Frankfort was the second dealer I visited in Illinois. Something about the first visit told me id see them again. I've never had this much fun buying a car. The salesman (Ill put his name in once i get the spelling right) even gave me some info on a great Italian spot in Chicago and the food was amazing. Matt is a character too...Awesome staff! I could have bought the car during the first visit but I had a few other options to consider. I went back I think it was a month later and we finally got a deal done. I have no complaints and I am pleased with my purchase. The Millage was right, the price was fair. They made sure they produced a carfax as well. We even had a minor issue with getting the vehicle registered and they took care of it fast. I will keep an eye on them...never know when they might have something else I want.

  I recently bought a vehicle from Frankfort Auto Haus Online and sight unseen!! No test drive and no firsthand Knowledge of the vehicle. Understandably this raises a lot of stress and anxiety!!
  I spoke with Matt V. and Kevin,the owner, who were outstanding people to deal with. They answered all my questions. They answered all my texts and phone calls!! And since they were so easy to deal with, I traded my vehicle to them long distance. It was transported to Illinois from New Hampshire and once the deal was set they transported my new vehicle to me long-distance to New Hampshire. Everything Went smoothly. No problems. No funny business.
  Everything with my new vehicle was as expected! No surprises! Extremely happy with my new vehicle and the outstanding service they provided!!

  Matt and Derick was very helpful and quick to response. True to their words, purchase vehicle and have the vehicle shipped to my address. The vehicle arrived and it was exactly how they describe it.
  Thank you and highly recommend this dealer.
  Price is good too.
