  Exceeded my expectations!
  My car was hit by an object falling off a truck on the highway driving to work on a Monday morning April 30th. Premier Collision was able to get me in for a free estimate that same day on my lunch break. The estimate was lower than I expected compared to body work I've had done on previously owned cars. The receptionist was very nice and professional on the phone and in person and Ron, the employee that did the estimate was also very nice and professional. I then dropped my car off on Wednesday May 2nd, because it took one day to get the parts in from the factory and then picked up my car Friday May 4th. They did a perfect job on my car and it looks brand new with the new bumper, grill and fog light.
  They made everything very easy with the Enterprise rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my car. I had pretty bad experiences with other repair shops in the past so I was expecting the same experience but Premier collision Center in Mokena changed my opinion and they have my business for life and I will recommend everyone I know to them from now on. One last thing to mention is they cleaned my windows, floor mats and vacuumed my car without even telling me or charging extra. it was a nice surprise to get in my car and find it cleaner than it was when I dropped it off.
  Probably the best service I've experienced from a local business in my lifetime. Job well done!

  Premier is amazing. The hood of my car was stuck shut after an accident. I thought the cable had snapped. Actually some of the machinery at the front of the hood had jammed back against the lock. Ron was so friendly. He and the team had my hood open and straightened out in one day. And they did it for FREE!

  These guys estimated 1 week for extensive repair to my car, they were only 2 days over the estimated time. Their work was better than I expected and their prices were very fair. I would recommend them to everyone. They even called me a week after the job was finished to make sure I was satisfied. A good company.

  Crystal was absolutely amazing! Because I completely stressed and over the fight of insurance, Crystal worked so unbelievable hard to contact them herself. She then was able to locate me a part of better quality for the same price of the cheap part my insurance wanted me to use. Yes, I said that right, Crystal went above and beyond and located a higher quality part AND had it approved by my insurance. It is work ethics like that which will make me a loyal customer to Premier Collision Center. Thank you for taking a stressful accident and making it a glorious outcome!
