He came to the house within a couple of days and did an amazing job on the patch/repair to our RV sofa. The scratches that drove me CRAZY are unnoticeable if you aren't looking closely for them. They re-dyed a section of my leather automobile driver's seat. Within an hour they were finished and I found the job to be remarkable.
