(September 6, 2018, 11:24 am)From meeting the representative who asked me if I would like a free inspection to see if I qualified for a roof paid for by my own insurance company, to the account manager who guided the paper and payments, was Ryan -- telling me at every stage what will happen and when and occasionally reassuring me that this whole process would really cost me nothing. It was too good to be true...yet it was true. ADHI is amazing and wonderful and I am so grateful to these people.

(May 15, 2018, 10:20 am)I purchased a home with a recent American Dream roof installed. I had a small issue with the flashing at the chimney, and American Dream was very quick to respond. Their service manager Mark was very professional and prompt with communication, and Tom, the technician they sent out to assess the roof was the most knowledgeable out of the 5 companies that came out to look at the flashing. He actually quickly addressed the issue for me, and its been great ever since.
Tom clearly knew what he was doing, and the fact that he alone out of 5 other companies was able to determine the cause of my issue and fix it within an hour was enough for me to recommend them. I actually was so impressed with the way that they handled things that I'm going to have them quote a few other projects on my house when the time comes. A big thanks to Mark the National Service Manager and Tom their install tech. -
