  Wonderful and trustworthy business! I have had my car insurance with this company the last two years and I have never been lead a stray! I was in a car accident a year ago and with the help of my insurance agent, Susan Hansen, everything went smoothly! I never had to deal with the headache, she did everything for me! I highly recommend her if you need anything done fast and efficiently! I know I can trust her for anything!!

  I have always had a great experience dealing with this company. My agent Michael Lloyd is always very patient with me and will go to great lengths to explain the policy. If I ever have any questions he is always quick to answer and definitely has my best interest in mind. I have had several policies with them over the years including health insurance, car insurance, rental insurance, and trip insurance. I recommend them to all of my friends!

  Overall wonderful experience. We are first time vehicle and home owners so we were new to the “insurance world”. We truly felt appreciated and valued as a customer with Horton. Our agent, Susan Hansen, was especially helpful throughout the process. She took her time answering our questions and always made us feel important. Her knowledge and expertise is invaluable.   Great prices and unbeatable service !! I have been with English Insurance for years. The staff is always so nice, welcoming and very helpful. As our needs change with our policies I can always county on Kathy Perry to review our policies and let us know what our best options are. Whether I have a quick question or a question to research I can also count on her to follow through and to go the extra mile. The people in this office keep us coming back :) Highly recommend !!
