  Many thanks to Heather! Our experience was nothing less than stellar! My husband and I have a small dog, with a serious attitude. She barks like a maniac, and is very sensitive. Heather took such great care, is very emphatic, and was extremely patient with our sensitive little pup! She treated Lily like she was her own, and even let us come into hold her and calm her down. Lily was getting her nails trimmed, and although it wasn’t hurting her. Heather being the professional that she is took notice that Lily needed a little break! Never have I ever seen and experienced such care, compassion and professionalism for our dog. Heather went above and beyond to ensure that Lily’s needs came first, and that she was as comfortable as possible because Lily was clearly in distress! Heather rocks, and we will definitely return to this location just to see Heather! Thanks again PetSmart, and above all many thanks to Heather for being so friendly kind and compassionate. Thank you Heather!!!!!

  Allison's Awesomeness sold me right away! Very knowledgeable about pets and I bought two birds she did all of it even made sure to get them safely to my car!

  Had what we needed, but a thank you from the end and a little less attitude would have been nice. Otherwise a good place to shop.

  I have been a groomer there for almost 19 years. I have worked a long side many wonderful people. Come in and see all of our groomers in Tinley Park. We are some of the kindest groomers around.

  First off, don't forget that they will price match places like Amazon. So look up your pet food or whatever your shopping for on your phone & show it to the cashier at checkout. Plus they take competitors coupons as well. Staff is always friendly & helpful & as long as people keep hold of their pet when walking around, it's usually a good place to go. The VET at available locations have also been wonderful. Have not needed to use the groomers, so no comment about them.
