Finally a government organization that answers their phones!! I am so thankful for the services WIC offers and the fact that I am always able to get ahold of someone. If they don’t answer when. I call, I leave a message, and they call me back in a timely manner. The office is great too. We have never had an issue with WIC. ????
While I agree they never answer the phone if you leave a message someone will get back to you . Every time I call I leave a message and every time I get a call back . If you've been in a wic office you know how busy they are so I can see why they would want to attend the people infront of them first . I think that they're nice people and when in the office I'm not waiting an exaggerating amount of time
