    I highly recommend this place. The agents are a plus and so is the inventory. I have purchased a luxury car .bmw...a hummer and a Hyundai sonata recently for my husband for his birthday. My daughter has a Pontiac from them as well as my son a Chevy cobalt. This is like our family establishment very friendly, courteous and accommodating. I would highly recommend to any and everyone to come purchase a vehicle here. They also have great mechanics that will help with any repairs and the prices are more reasonable than any where I've ever known. My mom will be purchasing a vehicle here as well very soon.

    The good: the sales team that I interacted with (especially Amaury) was extremely responsive and willing to come to mutually agreeable terms.

    The bad: you really do need to do a full inspection of the car with your own mechanic. This is simply due diligence, of course. But in this case, Auto Land's description of the vehicle condition really didn't match reality. I don't know if this is standard procedure for Auto Land.

    Normally, this would have left me giving 2-3 stars, but Auto Land was willing to fix the mechanical defects that I found...so I give them 3.5 - 4 stars. Not a bad experience. Just do your due diligence.

    First purchased a car with them at their old location in Palatine, IL 6 years ago. Since then I purchased another car at their new location in Crest Hill, IL. They have always been very helpful with any problems or questions I've had. Every time I have needed to get my car serviced they were helpful in finding a solution and not overcharging me which was very important being a full time student.

    I bought my chevy avalanche there and absolutely love it. this place has good quality vehicles the office is very clean and big with friendly staff. My sale man Fernando was friendly but not pressuring which was nice. He worked with me till I was happy and addressed any needs I had with with the vehicle.to top it off I got a fresh wash and wax when the sale was all done. I would recommend this place to anyone vehicles they had some very sharp looking cars and trucks.
