(October 12, 2022, 11:13 am)Brought my autistic, nonverbal 4 year old son in this morning with a cough. They were so kind, gentle and understanding with assessing him. Doctor visits are not always easy with a special needs kiddo that doesn’t quite understand what’s going on, but this facility was beyond fantastic! They were quick but thorough, and just wonderfully caring. I really can’t say enough how about how satisfied I was with the entire experience. I’m so impressed with the staff. I would highly recommend this place. Again, just a wonderful staff of kind people and I could not be more pleased with how my son was cared for.

(September 5, 2022, 11:00 pm)Excellent care and attention on the part of the receptionists, doctor, nurses, and x-ray tech. I was a walk in near closing time and was treated wonderfully. My only good experience with urgent care!

(August 6, 2022, 11:52 pm)This wss my first visit to this Duly location for an MRI. I had an MRI some years ago in another State and developed a claustrophobic behavior after going through that first MRI and was somewhat dreadful of going through this again. However to my surprise, this facility had the most modern and largest of MRI equipment and that really releived me of my fears. In addition to not feeling claustrophobic during the scan, I received excellent care from the nurse technician who performed my scan (I believe her name was Alexi or Lexi). I hope this review doesn't embarrass her but I cannot thank her enough for the way she managed my care as a patient. She was compassionate, caring, and listened with empathy. What I thought would be a dreadful experience actually turned out to be a delight. I will definitely come back to this facility if I ever need imaging done again. Thank you Duly and Lexi.
