From the minute you step into this warm and inviting studio you feel welcomed and a part of something truly great! Each of the three instructors adds a unique twist to their routines, while consistently sculpting muscles and building our core strength. There are a lot of opportunities to join classes during the week and on Saturdays, making it easy for me (and my mom) to find classes to attend together. We even get to sign up and change class times right from our phones! I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for real, positive change!

The instructors are great and there is a variety of equipment that we use! Never boring ~ always fun and challenging. This is a great studio with a warm and welcoming feel. ☺️
