    They Sell other floor machines, accessories like belts and bags, and they repair vacuums

    Came in to look for 2 parts on 2 vaccums, they informed me one was too old, but they could possibly order the other with the model number. We decided to take a look at the vaccums they had available instead, found exactly what I wanted quick and easy. Great customer service friendly and polite, definitely recommend.

    My experience with Lockport vacuum has been nothing but exceptional! I live several states away from them and found them on eBay and purchased a used refurbished central vacuum system. It has worked flawlessly! Then after I installed it, I called in and purchased several powerhead, hoes, etc. kits from them. Those two were flawless! Every time I have any questions or need anything, Rich and his wife has answered and accommodated. I have never met them and probably never will, yet I highly recommend them without reservation. Thank you for all your help!
