  I want to thank Estefany for an outstanding customer service. She deserves to be promoted. Another Boost mobile location in Bolingbrook had messed up my account and the billing. I contacted Estefany over the phone and explained my situation and asked for her help. She carefully listened to my concerns and took an intimidate action to fix it. I can't thank her and her manager enough. I will be doing my business with this location from now on!

  My experience here was great, nice and professional! The lovely young lady helped me find a solution to fixing a glitch that occurred in my phone inside my messages app. She was very patient with me as I asked questions considering how little I know about this new LG android device. I'll definitely keep in business with Boostmobile!
