The Barre Code - New Lenox

I’ve never been interested in class/instructor led workouts but gave this a try a few months ago and am so happy I did! Everyone is so nice and encouraging no matter what level of fitness you’re at. I’m already seeing results in my posture and strength. After a few weeks I realized this was going to be a game changer for me and now I’m hooked. Thank you Barre Code NL ladies!

I started classes here over 2 years ago after my third baby was born. I was looking to lose the baby weight. I had never done group workouts before. I had never done barre before.
What I found was a welcoming, kind, supportive community of women. Yes I lost the baby weight, but what I gained meant so much more to me. I gained friends, support, strength, and confidence. The instructors truly care about you. They care about your fitness goals all the way to how your family is doing. They are friends. They are strong women who support other women no matter what your goals are. They have taught me to be strong both in fitness and also in everyday life. Barre Code New Lenox is an amazing place not only for the variety of workouts they have but also because of the community they have created.

What a fantastic place! I went with a friend for my first visit and honestly went just to please her. Now it is my home away from home. I am there daily and feel like part of the Barre Code family. The coaches, desk staff, and Kim welcome you with kindness every time you walk in the doors. The variety of workouts push my body and have changed me physically.

Fun and effective workout! The instructors are all remarkable. Such a friendly and fun place to workout and change your physique! I hadn’t worked out for a year and before my first month was over I lost notable inches. Love wearing clothes that fit again. Join us- you will be amazed how effective these ever-changing workouts are.

The Barre Code of New Lenox is hands down the best studio fitness center I’ve ever experienced. Each workout is challenging and unique. The instructors are motivating, fun, and genuinely care about the members. Not only have these workouts - barre, brawl, strength, bootcamp - changed my body, they’ve strengthened my spirit as well!! I always feel refreshed and recharged after 50 minutes in the studio. Don’t wait any longer to take your first class!!
