  Purchased a Pacifica Hybrid from Jim Skidmore and I have to say it was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. We visited many other dealers while doing our research on the Pacificas. Jim was very straight forward and transparent throughout the process. He gave us a fair price on our trade ($1000 higher than the quote from the dealer we bought it from) and showed us his bottom line price on the hybrid. We left and checked other dealers. Another local dealer stated there was no way Jim would honor the price he quoted us, as there had to be hidden fees that we would incur during the finance process. This was absolutely not the case. The price was what Jim quoted us (I even took a picture of the price and sent it to the other salesman, no response). Great transaction from beginning to end. Thanks again!

  This place is amazing weather you need a new or used vehicle or weather you need service. The service department is amazing. Go and ask for Rob the service manager he will take amazing care of you.

  So far the best experience I've had looking for a vehicle. We only wanted some options and got more than my wife and I expected. Nick Elizarraras didn't hassel us or pressure us into anything. He brought a vehicle in from the cold to take a closer look and was very helpful.
