(December 29, 2018, 4:24 pm)Five Star service! After a lengthy wait in the drive through, my order was incorrect and thus I requested a refund out of hunger frustration. They offered to replace my order to which I declined; but the Manager was adamant and wanted to make it right so I accepted the replaced meal and the refund. I really did prefer White Castle over the fast food restaurants that’s nearby. After several bad experiences with WC, I was going to be done with them for good ....but this one experience has redeemed them. Thank you for the stellar customer service!!!

(December 7, 2018, 12:06 am)Drive through service was quick and accurate. Staff was friendly. Burgers were hit and freshly cooked. This location was a better than normal compared to other White Castle locations I have patronized.
