  My 12 year old Whirlpool dryer wouldn't start so my neighbor recommended DunRite. I called and scheduled an appointment to have them come out. I had plans that day and thought I would have to cancel. The service tech showed up within an hour, replaced a motor and blower wheel, and we were doing laundry before noon. Very prompt and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

  I called Dunrite and the lady on the phone was so helpful. We have a 2 year old Kitchenaid Bottom Freezer that completely quit cooling. She asked me if I had tried unplugging it and plugging it back in? I went ahead and did what she asked me to, and WOW it worked! She was so nice and helpful. She could have set up an appointment and charged me for a service call. What a great company. Would highly recommend

  Truly excellent customer service from beginning to end. Fridge was inspected and repaired within hours from placing the service call. Definitely recommend

  Whirlpool dryer went out. Called at 4:30 pm on Wednesday and the tech was at my door at 9:20 Thursday morning. The lady I talked to on the phone was very kind and easy to understand. She listened well and took my information.
  
  Jerry (the technician) was professional and friendly. He listened to the dryer and immediately diagnosed not one but both the problems just by listening to it. The belt had broken and the heating element had gone out, both at the same time. Jerry said that was a first for him. He had all the parts he needed on the truck, fixed it quickly and easily (he's very good at what he does) and had me up and running within about 30 minutes. The fee for the service call was applied toward the repair and the over all cost for the repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Jerry and Dun-Rite again. They truly live up to their name.
