We had bees on our front porch by the front door down in the mortar cracks. We tried everything to get rid of them, and nothing seemed to phase them. They swarmed anyone who came on the porch. Can't say enough good about Ahern Exterminators. The phone call to make the appointment was informative, clear, and pleasant. She called back with confirmation when they said they would come out. He came the next morning, on time ... extremely polite and pleasant ... and explained what he would do. It took 5 minutes and there's not been a bee in sight since. Thanks so much! I'll definitely recommend Ahern to anyone with a pest problem.
I used this service when I managed a building in Shorewood, IL. I found them extremely helpful, easy to deal with and prompt in their service. I first called them in an emergency (well, for ME) because we had wolf spiders... They came out and did a thorough job and even removed a small wasp's nest that had sprung up under the eave in the corner of the building -- frankly, the spiders scared the wits out of me and I didn't even notice the wasps!! I would recommend them without pause. Reasonable rates, easy to schedule, they'll talk to you about what the issues are and explain things without trying to "sell" you on anything. Five stars!
